Montana PBS is a Montana Broadcast Program. I create a pro bono plan for them while in American Marketing Association. I made a full marketing plan for them to expand specifically into a younger audience. They had a streaming service that needed more exposure so I had create different segments of customers and picked the largest and most prospective 4. Creating multiple tactics and strategies

These plans have 4 sections included:

Strategic SWOT Analysis- Learn about what your business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are and how to combat them.

Segmentation and Positioning- Outline all potential customers and find your top ones and how to target them through positioning.

Strategies and Tactics- Strategies will outline how to achieve your marketing goals while targeting the right audience. Tactics will cover the step by step actions to take to make your strategies successful.

Evaluation and Timing- Learn how to measure your marketing efforts progress and find out what works and doesn’t work. Timing is key, so knowing when to implement strategies is important.
