Lupanar Esthetics is a local Bozeman business I worked with while in my junior year. I made a full marketing plan for her that allowed her to find out what marketing strategies would give her the best customer engagement, find new customer segments and how to target them, and all while keeping ROI and timing in mind.
These plans have 4 sections included:
Strategic SWOT Analysis- Learn about what your business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are and how to combat them.
Segmentation and Positioning- Outline all potential customers and find your top ones and how to target them through positioning.
Strategies and Tactics- Strategies will outline how to achieve your marketing goals while targeting the right audience. Tactics will cover the step by step actions to take to make your strategies successful.
Evaluation and Timing- Learn how to measure your marketing efforts progress and find out what works and doesn’t work. Timing is key, so knowing when to implement strategies is important.
